By accessing or using thatsabot.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

thatsabot.com is a real-time 1-vs-1 Turing test game. You are matched with either another human player or an AI bot for a 30-second text chat. At the end, you guess whether your opponent was human or AI. Correct guesses earn points; incorrect guesses incur a penalty.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share personal information (real names, phone numbers, addresses) in the chat
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use automated scripts, bots, or cheating tools
• Attempt prompt injection or other attacks against the AI system
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account that violates these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. You retain no intellectual property rights in your chat messages — by sending messages, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content as described in these Terms.

5. Data Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Chat Content

Chat messages are not private. By sending messages in the game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your messages may be reviewed by our team for safety and quality purposes
• We may use, share, and license aggregated or anonymized chat data for research, AI development, analytics, and product improvement
• This data may be shared with or licensed to third parties for these purposes

Do not share sensitive personal information in chat.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
